Becky Fredenburg, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, including focused experience in psychiatric and behavioral health care. She completed advanced psychiatric nurse practitioner education through the Saginaw Valley State University psychiatric nurse practitioner program, gaining specialized training in the evaluation and treatment of mental health conditions.

Becky chose a career in mental health to support individuals and families during vulnerable and transitional periods of life. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and believes effective mental health care begins with listening, education, and collaboration.

As the owner of Mental Reset, Becky provides personalized, patient-centered psychiatric care in a supportive and respectful environment. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful, evidence-based medication management, open communication, and care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. She is grateful for the trust patients give her as they work together to find treatment that feels right for them. Becky also works collaboratively with counseling professionals to support a whole-person approach to mental health.
